Rumor on the upcoming Sony Ericsson K620i appear on the net, which is a upgrade version of K610i.The Mobile phone is rumored to have a very nice 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and 100MB of internal memory included.The cell phone has a 1.9 inch 176 x 220 pixel screen supporting 262k colors. Other features Bluetooth, USB 2.0, Media player etc. The K620i has a Memory Stick M2 slot supporting up to 1 GB. The mobile phone has Just 17mm thick and weighing 92 grams, the K610 is the size and weight of a typical 2G stick phone and will be one of the smallest and lightest 3G phones to come on the market.The Sony Ericsson K620i is not yet officially announced so pricing and availability is not known.
