Chinese Concept Phones in CeBIT 2007

The Chinese mobile telephone company Huawei presented in CeBIT 2007 these cool concepts for new cell phones that may or may not be produced in the near future. The most interesting one is a mobile phone with an integrated USB connector that can be used without the need of an adapter or even a cable. The USB adapter is made with a flexible rubber that can be bent in any angle you need to connect it directly to your computer for transmitting data and charging your phone.Another concept device by Huawei is a mobile phone with a detachable Bluetooth headset. Even if you just use the headset you can still connect to your address book or any data stored in the phone which, in my book, makes it smart. And you can use the space-age biro thingy to track your phone interactively via Bluetooth.The final concept mobile phone is a cell phone with an external battery,which will give you extra juice by connecting it to the USB and comes with a spare one that can be plugged if you need to recharge the first one. The batteries are round things that can be customized depending on your tastes.Chinese Company- Huawei doesn’t announced when and if these concepts mobile phones will ever see the light of day.

LG Prada Review: A Trendy Mobile Phone for Designer Whores

LG Electronics, a pioneer in consumer electronics and mobile phones, and PRADA, one of the world’s leading brands in the luxury goods industry , unveil the first completely touch screen mobile phone. The PRADA Phone by LG (KE850) is a real breakthrough in the industry, as it is a unique, sophisticated and elegant mobile phone with the first complete advanced touch interface. LG and PRADA have worked closely together on every aspect of the product, from handset development to marketing combining the attention to detail and uncompromising quality of PRADA design with the trademark technological innovation of LG mobile. The mobile phone is smaller than its fruity peer at just 98.8 x 54 x 12-mm resulting in a more compact, 3.0-inch display presumably with that 240 x 400 resolution we heard about earlier. Also, LG KE850 seems to lack any significant on-board storage opting instead for microSD to boost capacity. Creative the Latest Entry in the MP3 Player Phone Market?

There's a cell phone with a Creative-like interface on a flyer from Creative. This has a 99.9% chance to mean absolutely nothing, but it got us thinking that perhaps Creative will be the next entrant into the MP3 Phone market.It seems to be a signal that Creative is following Microsoft and Apple’s lead into the MP3 phone market. Convergence is the hot buzz word today.Even if this flyer doesn't signal the actual ZenPhone, we have a feeling that Creative won't be far behind.Customers want multipurpose phones, and Creative has experience in the MP3 world, so this rumor may have legs. Stay tuned.

Sony Ericsson's Next Touchscreen-based Smartphone?

The details on these two phones are so slim, we're bound to think they're a result of someone's Photoshop skills.But here we have what could be Sony Ericsson's next smartphone, a touchscreen-based mobile codenamed "Sneff." This mobile phone is either a touchscreen or a slider, although those "buttons" up front lead me to believe it's the former. Next up we have the W750...which sorta/kinda looks like a white W880. Again, there aren’t any details on either of the phones, so we’ll either have to wait till CeBit or take this rumor with a lick of salt. We can only wait till the company officially will announce about this Touchscreen-based Smartphone.

Rumor on the upcoming Sony Ericsson K620i appear on the net, which is a upgrade version of K610i.The Mobile phone is rumored to have a very nice 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and 100MB of internal memory included.The cell phone has a 1.9 inch 176 x 220 pixel screen supporting 262k colors. Other features Bluetooth, USB 2.0, Media player etc. The K620i has a Memory Stick M2 slot supporting up to 1 GB. The mobile phone has Just 17mm thick and weighing 92 grams, the K610 is the size and weight of a typical 2G stick phone and will be one of the smallest and lightest 3G phones to come on the market.The Sony Ericsson K620i is not yet officially announced so pricing and availability is not known.

A GSM-only variant dubbed the W888 is headed to China.
