The German electronics firm Grundig has released a new Smartphone, the B700, which uses Linux technology as its OS and also supports EDGE and Bluetooth. The mobile phone has just 10 mm thick frame and it is silver on the outside.Cell phones- Dimensions (L, W, H) 105 x 68 x 10 mm,weight 89 g,display size 2.4-inch with 320x 240 pixel resolution supporting 262k colors.The handset has 2-megapixel CMOS camera with LED flash and 4x digital zoom.The device also can record and play video with QCIF resolution.The B700 is equipped with MP3 Player, Streaming, AAC, MP3 and FM Radio.The mobile phone has QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth,USB,GPRS class 10,WAP 2.0 (xHTML),POP3 Email Push Client,Java MIDP 2.0,Date & time in idle screen, Calculator, Voice recorder,Calendar,Alarm clock,Handsfree speaker and animated wallpapers as well. Grundig has 100 MB internal user memory and Micro SD card slot (1GB).The handset has Li-Ion 1050ma battery.It's talk time is 2.5 hours min (DRX 5) and standby time 150 hours min (DRX 5).
